I can’t say that I’ve got Medium all figured out. I don’t. And I don’t have lots of time-tested advice to offer, because not long ago I was a newb as well.

What I can say is … if you write something almost daily, and if you honestly read other writer’s work and comment honestly, highlighting what you truly like that they’ve written … those 100 followers will show up…
